A tenant of our's recently moved out leaving a horrible mess.
There was lots of furniture plus appliances, clothing, business equipment, electronics and trash. It was a big hauling and cleaning job - much bigger than the normal tenant - exit cleaning.
Realizing a specialized company was required for this heavy duty cleaning and hauling project, I called the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce for referrals. They gave me the names of several very qualified companies. I spoke with all of them and got proposals.
